Course Overview
DTT’s Supervisor Awareness Training Course is designed to equip workplace supervisors with the essential knowledge and tools to confidently manage drug and alcohol concerns on the job. This practical, self-paced course covers how to recognize signs of impairment, understand legal responsibilities, document incidents, and initiate reasonable suspicion testing in compliance with workplace as well as DOT regulations. Ideal for supervisors in safety-sensitive environments, the training ensures your team is prepared to maintain a safe, compliant, and supportive workplace.
This course will prepare any supervisor to recognize signs and symptoms of drug or alcohol use and equip them with the tools they need to handle the situation appropriately and with legal defensibility.
