This Refund, Credit Card Dispute, and Course Completion Policy (the “Policy”) governs the terms of sale and participation in all online training courses offered by Drug Test Training (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through www.drugtesttraining.com (the “Website”). By purchasing any training course, you (“Purchaser,” “Student,” or “Trainee”) acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Policy. This Policy is binding and enforceable under the laws of the State of Florida.

1. No Refund Policy
All sales of online training courses are final. Due to the nature of our services as online, self-paced training programs that provide immediate access to proprietary materials, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance. By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-refundable, non-returnable product. This policy applies regardless of whether the course is accessed, partially completed, or not completed at all.

No exceptions will be made for user error, dissatisfaction with the content, or changes in personal circumstances. Please ensure that you fully understand this policy prior to making your purchase.

2. Credit Card Disputes & Chargebacks
By purchasing our training courses, you expressly agree that any attempt to dispute or chargeback the purchase with your credit card issuer or payment provider on the grounds of “fraudulent” or “unauthorized transaction” is a direct violation of this Policy. Our system logs IP addresses, timestamps, and user activity to confirm access and course engagement.

Any dispute or chargeback initiated under false pretenses will be contested to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we reserve the right to seek recovery of any chargeback amounts, including all associated legal fees, administrative costs, and collection expenses, as allowable under Florida law.

3. Course Completion Timeframe
Students must complete all training courses within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase and as required by applicable federal regulations. The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) mandates timely completion of training for compliance purposes.

Failure to complete the course within the allotted time will result in automatic course expiration. Extensions will not be granted under any circumstance.

Should the Trainee wish to restart or regain access to the course after expiration, an administrative reset fee will apply. The amount of this fee will be specified at the time of reset request and must be paid in full prior to reactivation of the course access.

4. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Policy. This Policy forms a legally binding agreement between you and Drug Test Training and is enforceable under the laws of the State of Florida. You further agree that this Policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with Florida law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
