As a Designated Employer Representative (DER) for a motor carrier regulated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), you play a critical role in ensuring compliance with DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations.
This self-paced online course is specifically designed to give FAA-covered employers and their DERs the knowledge and tools needed to confidently manage their testing programs in full compliance with 49 CFR Part 40 and 14 CFR Part 120.
